My personal experience has found that navigating the platform, especially on the back-end, can be frustrating. Some of the features as a hiring committee member have to be accessed by clicking through a particular combination of windows, which are rarely intuitive. Their customer service has been improving as well, they have created a new live chat feature which has turned their response time around. This make it easy to screen new applicants for positions we have available. We simply download the complete document with attachments then screen.
