This is a great way to share your content while also building your brand online. You offer people a piece of content that they can get once they "pay with a tweet" or in other words once they agree to tweet whatever message you would like them to tweet. The great thing is it encourages other people to ask them what it is all about and it lets them share while getting rewarded for it. It's a much better way to give content because now they are being a brand ambassador for you, you're growing your list, and others are learning about you all at the same time. I haven't really found anything bad about it. I think you may lose out on some people agreeing to pay with a tweet if they are not an avid twitter user or they don't like the idea of spreading a message about a company just to get whatever you are offering as content.
