It's difficult to get excited about cookie management but Osano gets the job done just fine. I like how granular the rules can get with different cookies or scripts running across our site. The setup was a little clunky. As a marketer involved in the setup, regex isn't exactly something I'm familiar with so I wish there was an easier way to create and apply rules in bulk. We also found customizing the styles of the banner and drawer to be a little frustrating. We opted to use a button in our footer to trigger the drawer for users to update their settings. Osano is very easy to use and helps us comply with privacy laws like GDPR and CCPA. The Cookie Consent is simple to set up, and the "No Fines, No Penalties Pledge" gives us peace of mind. The GDPR Representative service is also helpful for meeting international requirements. Their customer support is great—they respond quickly and are very helpful when we have questions. I like how robust Osano is compared to other competitors I've worked with. The cookie, script, and iframe classification system is significantly more automated than other CMPs. Also, the implementation was smooth and our onboarding manager was incredibly helpful. She was very knowledgeable and quick to address questions and concerns. The only issue I had was the original quote I received. Our monthly traffic was given to the sales rep who then recommended a specific tier of service. Months into our contract, our subscription increased because we started seeing much more traffic. Osano caters for a wide range of businesses and enables us to easily comply with Privacy laws. We have implemented Osano Cooke management within our external facing website.
