Opster’s products and services were perfect for my company’s needs. We wanted to reduce our Elasticsearch costs, but we couldn’t take the chance of performance degradation. The minute we began working with Opster, we were able to dramatically cut down our costs thanks to Opster’s recommendations and optimizations. At the same time, we started seeing massive improvment in our search and indexing performance, and haven’t had a single moment of downtime (even while upgrading versions, which was always a tricky and complicated process before). Working with Elasticsearch has always been a constant headache and a constant source of worry. With Opster, I just haven’t had to worry about ES and that’s been amazing. I know that the Opster products we installed on-prem are constantly optimizing and monitoring our system, and I know that the Opster team is proactively reviewing everything to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Both the products themselves and the experts who provide support and professional services are amazing.
