This is for me personally. Our team was 'given' the task of maintaining the Opensense signatures. It was handed over with almost no training. Having a unified location to implement and manage consistent email signatures (and banners) is super helpful. It has made our team's branding much easier to maintain both internally and externally, rather than the fully manual signature updates we had in the past. It's also nice to be able to adjust signatures based on both internal senders and external recipients. These features have helped us manage different signatures for various users and audiences. The Opensense team (Sylvia, Alex, and Van-Anh) have been very hands-on and patient with our team throughout the setup, implementation, and adoption process, often willing to meet and troubleshoot with our team on short notice. We've achieved our initial goal of setting up some of our externally-facing teams with the platform, and look forward to more widespread enablement in the near future! Initial setup can be a bit technically challenging, as various integrations and choice of signature application method can impact the out-of-the-box effectiveness of the tool. The UI is relatively straightforward, but the steps between signature/banner creation and actual implementation can be convoluted and require some getting used to. While 1:1 meetings with the team result in effective troubleshooting, the available documentation was often a bit outdated (it does, however, appear to have been updated/refreshed since our setup).
