I do not like anything about this program. The insurance company expects us to use this program for post acute care authorizations and gave little notice to when it would take affect and gave 1 day notice that they were holding an in service on how to use it 4 days before it was going to take full effect. During the in service, no one was able to answer questions on how it was going to affect hospitals and other health care providers. I do like how easy this platform is. Once you're registered as a provider's office- it's so easy to one click to verify benefits and determine eligibility. You can also check claim status but often- you can not obtain what you would if say you were an in network provider.
