I like that you can pull many different scope measures for one position and those display under the job. I use Aging, and Refine Market to access scope data. I also like that you can customeize the view to get the data you want on each report. (ex. to show percentiles, number of incumbents, number of companies, etc.) I feel there are a wide range of scope measures that are available. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.
I dislike that in order to combine scope measures, you have to create a new scope measure. This is a little time consuming to do after all scope measures are selected. I would prefer that the system automatically combine scope measures selected for each job. I also dislike the cost of adding additional users within the organization. I think the survey costs should include a few more users. Although I don't dislike it per se, I typically do not share the results right out of the system, I typically retype them into an excel spreadsheet.
