Mapp Empower is part of the Mapp Engage ecosystem - it works better when you have the whole package, but the integration efforts, the long delays in process & not so industry-first features are a real letdown. I love how user friendly the UI is. Learning how to use the functionality and train new users takes minimal effort. This system also accommodates all user levels, from beginners to experts. I wish the system had some additional message reporting capabilities within the UI. I often have to search and compare messages by unique from address, and right now I have to export this reporting and analyze it via an excel file. After approximately 2 years of use, I cannot find any negatives to this software. Sometimes it is overwhelming having multiple projects going at once and having so many notifications to sort through, but that isn't a negative of the software itself- just a reflection of how busy things can get!
