Though level access is far better than its peers in terms of enterprise offerings, yet there are few enhancements which could be done like - I would not refer this as a dislike though but a limitation which should be overcome:

- Improved WCAG coverage from current 40%+ to higher coverage.

The interface to interact with the data collected from the scans is outdated and needs to be created with users of all accessibility levels in mind. While the tool has been very useful for our admin and technical teams, we are lacking any meaningful interaction from most of our authors across campus.
