This tool with an "extremely complex and advanced algorithm" simply does not work!!! I've never seen a campaign completed within the given schedule. Not mine, not one of my colleagues. With their latest "improvements" it turned into a quagmire.
This Monday I was supposed to send only 92 emails to my leads. Just to be safe, I set my campaign schedule from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm with 2 minutes intervals on Monday. So supposedly it can send 120 emails within 4 hours. I'm not talking about a 2-3 hours delay here. On Tuesday at 4:30 pm only half of the emails were sent. I tried to get help from their robotic customer support. I simply asked what can we do to complete this campaign today before midnight. Their answer was something like this as always: "Please understand that our algorithm is extremely complex. We have such an advanced sending algorithm to help our users. This is what happened in your campaign."
Long story short my campaign was completed in 48 hours with only 92 emails to go. The thing is my teammate also uses the same account after I'm done. But since it's never done on time, he can't start work on his campaign, and our whole plan is delayed. And constantly we'll have to explain to our supervisor why our tasks are not complete yet.
Whatever you ask they reply by stating that they have an ADVANCED ALGORITHM that depends on MANY FACTORS. It is what it is and from what I've understood their users have to accept this.
My advice to your customer support is maybe it'd be better if they spend more time analyzing what kinds of issues their users are having and try to solve them instead of sending heart emojis at the end of every sentence.
I'd ditch this tool in a heartbeat if it were my choice but unfortunately, due to company decision, I have to live through this torture on a monthly basis.
I've tried a lot of tools that don't deliver their promises in the past however I've never felt like writing a bad review because somehow they've managed to really explain what's going on and tried to solve the problem. But definitely not Lemlist!

We were double charged and placed on two subscriptions. After numerous attempts to contact support and emails exchanged, they eventually reluctantly gave us a refund (again this was a technical issue on their end). Shortly after, Lemlist increased the cost of our plan without any warning or acknowledgment. We stopped using their product and were continued to be charged for several months. After speaking with the head of business development, who was extremely unprofessional in communication, we were unable to get a refund on the increased plan they sneakily put us on. We chose lemlist while building an outbound sales function because we could quickly integrate with our existing systems and get started with low-cost and effort.
We are pretty voracious and understanding software consumers, so we expected using lemlist would be a breeze. However, we were quickly disappointed by a UI overhaul that made things difficult to navigate.
Support was often slow o unable to resolve our technincal questions. We felt the support agents we interacted with lacked knowledge about the application and did not take time to understand the concerns we raised... and, most importantly, how they impacted our business. Frustratingly, every interaction was coupled with a slew of emojis which feels tone-deaf when a reported bug is causing your sales team to burn valuable leads.
Finally, we've been trying to downgrade our usage for 2 months like another review cites. But due to either a bug in their billing infrastructure or support's inability to help us, have not yet been able to reduce our usage or cost. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.
