Me gusta la interfaz que es simple pero llena de funcionalidad. Y cómo puedes personalizar el aspecto de las subpáginas dentro de Kontainer para diferentes contextos como un sitio web. También es muy útil poder marcar varias imágenes y recortarlas a dimensiones específicas en un flujo simple. El soporte al cliente es muy útil también y responde rápidamente. Echo de menos más formas de buscar tus imágenes fácilmente; por ejemplo, filtrar con/sin personas, formato paisaje/retrato, etc. Podría ser una IA escaneando la base de datos para proponer formas obvias de filtrar las imágenes. Kontainer es un ajuste perfecto para nuestro negocio. Es tan intuitivo, bien diseñado y tiene la cantidad justa de características. Lo usamos para almacenar todo nuestro contenido de marca, así como cada pieza de contenido que entregamos a nuestros clientes. Crear usuarios, controlar permisos y compartir activos no podría ser más sencillo. Después de 3 años, estamos encantados, especialmente porque continúan añadiendo herramientas de IA adicionales y mantienen un gran soporte al cliente. Me gusta el hecho de que Kontainer está bien pensado. Es como si los creadores hubieran considerado cada posibilidad y las necesidades de los usuarios de antemano, por lo que no hay problema con la carga, almacenamiento, operación o vista previa de archivos de diferentes formatos, tamaños, etc., y siempre hay más de una forma de realizar la misma actividad. I love so many features of the system. A full-blown consent system, allowing us to keep track of which images we are allowed to use, e very granular user/group system that we can adapt to our organisations needs. Smart folders have been a true blessing. But actually what I like the absolute most is their customer service, and the way that Kontainer actually listen to customer requests and implement A LOT of these within a very short time frame. That is a major benefit from almost all other systems and applications we use.

Not much really. Of course we would always like even more features, but Kontainer have an unprecedented way of engaging with their customers request and wishes. We definetly don't use Kontainer to the full potential. For us the most important about Kontainer is, that we can share things externalt and internal. Our IT system is made with a lot of securerity, so FileTransfer etc. is not something, that we can use.
We use Kontainer close to daily, and it's crusial, that we can share files and pictures with our colleagues and customers.

Kontainer seems relative simple, but is still a little complex. We're using the system the most to share product packshots with customers, and when we do share a large amount of packshots for a new customer, the often also need product descriptions. We've found a way to include those with the pictures, by naming the pictures the same way as the product is named in an excel sheet. That way the files find a way to pair the product number and descriptions in a sheet, and the customer can get it all pretty simple. This proces though isn't bullet proff, so we still need to check it manually, and finds some mistakes everytime, we share a big file.

The support a very helpful, which is such a blessing as Kontainer has more feature than you can manage to know about before you need them. So being able to just ask for help and get it, makes it such a great tool. In our company we use it for sharing product pictures and other content with our B2B, but we can also create limited logins for specific use.
