No he encontrado que sea fácil de usar para trabajos de tiempo + materiales. Knowify imprimirá una factura con las horas de los empleados, pero no incluye los comentarios para coincidir con las entradas de tiempo. Knowify has job cost visuals that are easy to understand and functional tools to keep the whole team moving in the same direction. Our team loves the Contract Jobs screen which we review weekly in a team meeting with management and field leaders. The visual charts make it easy to understand how the job is doing, deep dive easily with a click, and plan on the spot . Black and white spreadsheets of numbers hold little meaning to our field teams and this product has been a game-changer for our team. Creating bids, budgets, and tracking expenses is easy and intuitive. This product has a tool to manage all of your project needs. The purchase order process has provided some challenges when we have many line items and require changes to the original PO down the road. The Knowify team responds very well and works to help resolve issues - but the pdf template needs improvement and easier management when the original PO changes. A veces la aplicación del teléfono es lenta y no muestra todos los trabajos que están en el horario. No podemos cambiar todos los trabajos de servicio al día siguiente de una vez. en lugar de ir a cada trabajo y hacerlo por separado. Debería haber un "SELECCIONAR TODO" o Los trabajos que no se completan del día anterior deberían moverse al día siguiente automáticamente. Eso ahorraría mucho tiempo. Difícil de navegar debido a que la búsqueda por título de trabajo/palabra clave sería mejor. A veces no podemos encontrar un trabajo si se hace la más mínima diferencia en la frase. The platform is lean and agile in getting the data to be useful. Even better is the tech support, where you can actually communicate with a real person.. The tech team is responsive and patient even when I ask rookie questions. On the rare occasion that I stump them, they happily pass along ideas to the development crew who will work them into version upgrades. Or they can tell me that what I ask for is not available (yet). The accounting side of Knowify is not it's strength. I would like to see:

- an easy way to adjust the sales tax to match the vendor bill.

- Only received PO items to populate the bill

- keyboard short cuts for faster data entry

- Send customer deposits invoices manually. They are sent automatically based on project start date and I'm not notified that they've gone out, or even that the project manager has set up a deposit so I can expect it. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.

Some limitations vs other more robust software packages. Estimates/proposals are easy to generate but Knowify lacks capabilities to sum up gross margin when it varies across multiple line items. I wish I could email Ronald directly without having to use a general email address through the help function within the app. Many of my needs can easily be handled by a quick email or reply to a previous thread.
