We use Kinsta web hosting for our college's WordPress sites, which includes a multisite network of about 50 sites/blogs, plus a few other microsites. Kinsta's support team helped us migrate all of our WordPress sites from another web host to theirs, which was a smooth painless process.

Hosting and performance have been very reliable. Support is great. The backend interface is simple and easy to manage. I like that I get an email if there's ever a coding error or incompatible script or plugin. I also like the option to host a static site with the current WordPress plan.

I’ve been using Kinsta for years, managing everything from single-site plans to larger accounts with dedicated server add-ons and custom plans. What keeps me coming back is the perfect combination of ease of use, powerful features, and incredible support. And, of course, great infrastructure backed by the best Google Cloud offers.

One of the best things about Kinsta is their free migrations—moving clients from other hosts is incredibly simple. And if you need a faster turnaround, their priority migration service ensures a seamless transition within hours.

The dashboard is simple and well-designed, making site management easy even if you’re not a developer. The biggest downside for me is the price. As someone running a small business website, I feel like I’m paying for high-end resources that I’ll never fully use. I've had no downsides although i would love for them to recommend someone who is as knowledgable as the team to assist me with website issues that aren't related to the server, like a best in class list of developers who they may know (disclaimers attached, of course). ¿Qué es lo que más te gusta de Kinsta?

I've been using Kinsta since 2018 and it's been a great journey. First and foremost the quick support I get from them is awesome. Anytime I need anything, they were available there to help me out.

With MyKinsta everything is made easy, from clearing cache to modify domains, PHP version, etc.

I can check daily a lot of analysis report to see how everything is going too.

And the performance: oooooohhhh gosh! It's super fast!! Now with Cloudflare CDN and Edge Caching and Google Cloud Platform, the performance is unbeatable.

Now I'm starting using their Application Hosting and Database Hosting and I'm impressed as well. With Github integrations, it's easy to implement CD/CI pipelines, really quick. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.

The best thing about Kinsta is their support. I've contacted them a few times over the years to resolve issues and they've always gotten back to me immediately and resolved issues promptly. Their customer support people seem to be very tech-savvy and knowledgeable. I also find the interface easy to use, can find what I'm looking for with just a few clicks. Their pricing is probably competitive but it does sting a bit every year when my hosting bill comes in. I recently downgraded my plan after my site lost traffic and I didn't need so much visitor allowance. Kinsta's platform is extremely well thought out. We moved to Kinsta after 15+ years with Rackspace.

Some people seem to think it's "expensive", but honestly the peace of mind and how much time I save not worrying about "hosting" makes it a bargain overall. PHP updates, SSL certs - all handled automatically. Frankly, it just works.

never worry about speed, uptime or other things that used to cause me grief. It's a good service and when I've needed some help, it was quick and easy to get.

Migration was an initial concern as we had some rather out of date versions of Wordpress on some sites, but Kinsta's support made quick work of it. I didn't expect it to be that easy, or I would have switched a long time ago. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.

I'm a huge fan of Kinsta' customer support. You get to chat with a human in seconds and they know how to solve your issue just as fast. I've tried other hosting providers that make you sit and wait forever. Security. They monitor every threat. They are proactive. They are aware of every tool we use and warn us quickly if we use anything in any way that could be risky. They do what the others say they will do. Professionalism. The communication is perfect. They tell me and my web developer everything we need to know. With most companies you get spam and advertising. With Kinsta, every email is worth reading because they write when it is important and we need to take action. Kinsta is fast, reliable, and has great support. I host almost all my websites with them, simply because it works. The platform is easy to use, with a clean interface that makes managing sites effortless. There are plenty of useful features, like automatic backups, staging environments, and powerful caching, all without extra hassle. And if I ever have a question, their support team is quick to respond and always helpful. After years of using Kinsta, I wouldn’t want to switch to anything else.
