- Excellent support - I have never had a problem that wasn't solved quickly and in a friendly manner
- Intuitive UX in the backend - everything is always where you expect it to be
- Great assistance if required e.g. setting up multisite support, cloning sites, etc
- Fantastic uptime - I can't remember my sites ever being down

- The number of visits on each tier is quite easy to hit if you have multiple sites that are getting decent amounts of traffic
- Staging sites are less powerful than live sites unless you pay extra, which you may need to do if you are using Wordpress with Elementor or similar

The control panel is easy to use with some advanced features. Their Cloudflare DNS integration is solid, but I found it to have a slight learning curve. My favorite thing about Kinsta however, is their top-tier support.

Superior, si no el mejor servicio de Wordpress disponible. Son ciertamente más caros que muchas otras opciones, pero realmente obtienes lo que pagas y más. Si gestionas sitios de Wordpress, creo que no hay mejor opción si deseas el mejor sitio posible.
El panel de control/interfaz de usuario es extremadamente amigable y fácil de navegar, mientras está cargado con todas las herramientas que necesito para gestionar mis sitios.

Simply the best customer support I've ever experienced with any SaaS product. Once logged into your dashboard, you can start a chat anytime and a friendly, knowledgeable, helpful support person will get back to you quickly. This includes truly phenomenal technical support. Just describe your problem and almost immediately jump into problem solving together with a knowledgable technical support person right away, without needing to go through any ticketing process. They offer absolutely everything you need to run a e-commerce business. I run Easy Digital Downloads, an ecommerce plugin for WordPress.
I've tried several hosting providers in the past years (WPX, Rocket.net, Closte, Servebolt, to name a few) and with most of them sessions would get messed up between users; e.g. shopping carts would be switched out between users, etc. All due to faulty caching configurations, because every hosting provider configures its cache to support WooCommerce, i.e. the most popular ecommerce plugin for WordPress. Contacting customer support would usually result in the cache being disabled, and my site would become unbearably slow and unresponsive.
The only hosting provider that comes close to Kinsta in terms of global performance (without cache) is Servebolt, but then, Kinsta offers more professional and responsive customer support and a plethora of tools for you to run your website and diagnose might something go wrong. In other words, more bang for your buck.
The one hosting provider I found that didn't mess up my sessions was Rocket.net, but with them any uncached sessions (i.e. mission critical like checkout sessions) would time-out with 504 errors. I tried them for 1 week and it cost me more money in sales that week than I would every have to pay Kinsta per year.
What I like especially is their recent addition of a server resources manager, which allows you to decide how you want to divide your memory/cpu threads. You can choose to lower memory and raise threads, or vice versa. Or you can choose to purchase add-ons at 10$ each for more memory/threads. This is nice, because you don't have to upgrade the entire package. I have 1 website, I don't need more storage, just more raw processing power! And this new addition to their toolbox allows me to upgrade just that.
With Kinsta my website is reachable < 1.5 seconds from all over the world and I don't have to worry about anything. It just works. And that's worth every penny. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.

Kinsta has the most helpful and responsive chat support of any company I've ever used. Their team has helped me solve many technical issues including many I wasn't sure would be under their umbrella or concern. I also find their user dashboard to be the most well-designed and intuitive of any hosting company I've used. Using Kinsta has made it easy for me to perform tasks that previously seemed daunting, like setting up a staging environment, downloading a backup of my website, or transferring ownership of my website to a different person. I've also never had issues with site speed or downtime using Kinsta. It was extremely reliable at handling a website I sold that was getting over 200,000 site visits per month. The only downside to me is the price. It's affordable for me for up to 5 websites, but since my husband and I have over 10 websites between the two of us and no longer any that get high volumes of traffic, we've decided to consolidate them all in one SiteGround account because of the cost savings. Kinsta is by far the best WordPress hosting provider I've worked with. We've been building WordPress sites for years and have dealt with a number of hosting providers, but the level of service Kinsta gives is unmatched. They've helped us with malware removal, made migrations easy, and of course have one of the best tech stacks out there for hosting. Our websites are protected and perform much better just by using Kinsta. And we know that if an issue comes up with a site, they are already on top of it or can just chat with them. Some of the extra benefits and tools they have require some technical know-how to use. They might be willing to set these things up for us though - we haven't asked yet as the basics of what the platform includes is already leagues above what we've had before.
