I believe the biggest downside of JS Cobalt is not having enough time to find the virtually unlimited number of insights it provides. I could spend an entire week digging through the data it provides. I'll find one thing that leads me to investigate new areas of interest. The tool is easy to work with & the UX is quite simple. Also, the insights are easy to collect & you can personalise the perspective.
