En Infegy, me gusta la cantidad de canales en su conjunto de datos. La cantidad robusta de fuentes es muy impresionante. Me encanta la interfaz de usuario amigable en Infegy, ya que facilita la navegación. La integración de LexisNexis también es excelente para tener en cuenta para impresiones. It is user-friendly and has many capabilities. It is easy to set up projects and queries and to make changes to them. The platform loads very fast. What I liked the most was that you do not need to connect FB,IG, Tiktok, Tw (X) accounts to get conversation from those social media networks and it brings data from those sites which is really useful when you need data from those social media networks. It has the discovery of influencers and demographic data that is helpful. The onboarding team and support are very efficient and helpful as well. It's so helpful to understand the sentiment of a product or topic and udnerstand the ins and outs of how it's viewed by real people in real time. We implemented Infegy for social listening. We've found it to be tremendously helpful in surfacing brand mentions, competitor insights, and conversations around topics. Once we learned how to use the filters and searches, Infegy has empowered us to improve our social insights. We now use the tool weekly. It's an essential part of our social offering. Infegy does have limitations. It has difficulty crawling Facebook. While it can crawl LinkedIn for brand/page mentions, it's not intuitive.
