Bot Defender provides effective detection and blocking of bot traffic. While it has protected us from a lot of bot traffic, it has also saved us tons of time investigating. Occasionally legitimate customers who use a personal VPN will get blocked. It would be good to have better detection and tooling to help discern this good traffic. The Bot defender technology is spot on -- it works with newer bots and the Px team is always changing their rule sets to make sure that it's capturing the latest tools and bot technology. When we run into false positives (it rarely happens), they give us the tools to immediately allowlist the client and I can send the requests back to the Px team for further troubleshooting and analysis.
