Using Hootsuite to schedule posts is the most convenient! It saves me so much time. When I will be out of the office, I just plan ahead and schedule. Using the "recommended" time is very helpful to hit the targeted audience and the end-of-year report about usage and views is a benchmark I am interested in. Hootsuite is easy to use and intuitive to use. I have never had to use customer support. I am not a social media specialist, nor am I a marketing rep for my employer, so this is an extra that I do for the success of my department.
