Siempre tuve esta idea de una plataforma de marketing todo en uno, pero era demasiado costoso construirla por mí mismo o incluso contratar desarrolladores para hacerlo. Ahora, por solo una fracción, es accesible tanto para pequeñas agencias boutique como para grandes agencias, lo que al final del día simplifica los procesos internamente. Aunque, esta no es una plataforma que te hará ganar millones a menos que trabajes en ello. Nadie hará las flexiones por ti. I was unexpectedly contacted on a Sunday regarding a promotion ending that day. While I wasn't prepared to take this type of call, I still took it. The representative emphasized that it was my last chance to take advantage of the offer, even though I explained that my team and I were still uncertain about using the platform.
The rep reassured me by stating that we could cancel anytime, which gave me some confidence to move forward despite not having had the chance to explore the platform. I agreed to charge the card on file based on the price we discussed on the call. However, when I checked the charge, I was shocked to see that it was more than double what was discussed.
This experience feels misleading and unprofessional. If cancellations are truly allowed anytime, why the urgency to pressure customers on a Sunday? And why was the charge so much higher than agreed?
