HeyReach is the most famous startup in Macedonia, and we were curious to find out how it could help us generate leads because we were very dependent on cold calling.
Most of us had almost no experience with using LinkedIn in general, so when it comes to automation, our boss was quite skeptical about it, but after the great onboarding with their team, they basically held our hands. Their support is the best I have ever received, as they reach us when things are not working properly before we even notice.

We have been using HeyReach for linkedin outbound and nurturing for the past 4 months with 4 linkedin accounts
1️⃣ Trustworthy
It'a a delicate thing to share your linkedin password with any of these tool. At least want to make sure they know what they are doing to protect our linkedin accounts. That's our NUMBER one critieria, really. We are in safe hands with them.
2️⃣ Support
Ebru, Teodora, and also Nikola and hopefully didn't forget anyone else? The team is fantastic! Not just responsive but also have got the knowledge to actually help you out. Rare these days! I am also a very annoying user and they deal with me super well.
3️⃣ Technical

- Scalability: the only tool that allows you to combine multiple LinkedIn accounts in a single campaign to scale the outreach
- Campaign building: The ability to use custom variables beyond {first_name} are game-changer for cold outreach.

Using it for almost a year, our LinkedIn accounts are super safe, with no restrictions from LinkedIn.
I love that we can include multiple LinkedIn accounts in one campaign and easily upgrade or downgrade them as needed. Besides this, they have amazing customer support. Shout out to Ilija and the rest of the team. We love following them on LinkedIn and seeing how they continuously improve the tool. Every day, HeyReach just gets better and better. I switched to HeyReach because of its Clay integration—it’s the first LinkedIn automation tool to do this, and they deserve a ton of credit for making it happen.
Beyond the seamless integration, HeyReach stands out for its ease of use, top-tier customer support, and ability to scale sales automation & lead generation. Hyper-personalized sequences are effortless.

It's intuitive, user-friendly, and easy to implement and integrate with other sales tools we use.
Customer support is also top-notch especially when you're on a higher plan you really get that ultra-ultra premium support (and God knows I need it :(

Inbox management used to be a bit glitchy for LinkedIn accounts with the SN add-on but it's not that frequent anymore. Most of the items I disliked a few months ago have now been fixed, which means the team takes feedback seriously. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.

Lo que más me gustó de HeyReach fue la escalabilidad. Poder automatizar el alcance en LinkedIn a través de perfiles ilimitados a un costo fijo es un cambio de juego para cualquier equipo de generación de leads. La bandeja de entrada unificada ahorra mucho tiempo al mantener todas las respuestas en un solo lugar, así que no estamos constantemente entrando y saliendo de perfiles. El único inconveniente es mantener los perfiles conectados de manera consistente: requiere algo de mantenimiento ya que las sesiones pueden expirar o necesitar ser reconectadas periódicamente.
