We loved using Giftogram in a few different ways. We've used it for employee rewards for teams as well as company wide events and holiday gifts. Recently we provided giftograms to our remote employees as a way to buy them lunch for a Lunch and Learn event. This helped our employees who weren't getting the catered lunches at our sites to still feel like they were part of the festivities!

I've used Giftogram twice; once for digital and once for physical gift cards for our whole staff. Both processes were easy and clear. It was very simple to pass on the wire process to our finance team for our large holiday order.The cards were beautiful, adding a custom message was pretty seamless, and I personally love having the ability to select multiple vendors. I would have preferred mroe clarity on processing time for the physical cards. I also found trying out different designs for physical cards on the UI a little clunky. I'd love to have been able to compare a couple of designs side by side to show a colleague. I would also like it to be easier to find the FAQs for the recipient experience. I love that Giftogram allows recipients the agency to select the gift card that works best for them. The number of vendors to choose from is many, which is very accomodating the the people my organization serves.

While Giftogram is ideal for digital gift cards, the physical sending process can be expensive, requiring a minimum number of card that you need to send. I typically send singluar gift cards, so I was unable to satisfy a recipient who wanted a physical card, leading me to use another service for this request.

I have also had a few gift card recipients reach out with difficulties redeeming their card, so the product may not be as user-friendly to those who are not comfortable with technology. GIftogram is a very easy way to reward employees with a GC of their choosing. Employees appreciate being able to choose from hundreds of different merchants, retailers, etc. It's very convenient for the employer, especially when you have employees in multiple locations throughout the country. You choose the reward and it is emailed directly to the employee - no packaging or shipping required! The Dashboard is very user friendly and I love all the types of Gift Card messages you can choose from which makes the communication about the reward special. I like that I can easily program gift cards to go to people I am giving them to.

I also like that I can easily add money to the account so I don't have to get a credit card out to pay every time.

Having saved messages is also a great time saver, as well as campaigns.

I don't like that I sometimes have to wait for a gift card to be sent.

I also found it hard to get informations about the gift card from the "sender" side of things: for example, I wanted to send a gift card that the receiver could use in any store. It was hard to find the information that only mastercard gift cards could be used in store (thanks to digital wallets) and visa cards wouldn't work.

Giftogram is a convenient way to gift and reward your employees. First off you can stack the dollars and use them when you want and in any quantity you want. I have given my staff giftograms as a on boarding gift, I give them giftogram on an ongoing basis when they hit miletones, I give them giftogram as a way of showing my apprecition for great work and going above and beyond and I use giftogram for birthdays and anniversaries. My staff loves the gift because there are plenty of options on how to use the funds, all their favorite retailers are on giftogram, and they don't have to use all of it if they don't want to, they can stack and use as much as they want and where they want, they love it, I love how easy it is and it's a win win situation! Giftogram is so incredibly easy to use. They make gift giving painless (and even fun). The sign in process has never been an issue, they have cute designs to choose from and the selection of locations to redeem is varied enough that there literally is something for everyone. The user interface of their site is so easy and fast to navigate, which is important because I don't have a lot of time and I'm always able to send what I need to send to the person I need to send it to without drama and without delays. Sometimes there is a delay in sending out the digital gift cards from their review team or sometimes the person has their spam filters set so that it doesn't immediately show up in their email inbox. Also, I wish it were easier at a glance to see just how many places you can redeem your giftogram money.
