What is most helpful of FMS:Employee for me, is that it helps CRE and Facilities management teams to improve their workspace management, their management of Hybrid-work and the Employee Experience. The upside of using FMS:Employee is that there are so many interfaces to choose from: Outlook, Web-portal, Mapview (interactive floorplan), Mobile App, Upcoming events display feed... What is least helpful of FMS:Employee and the potential downsides of FMS:Employee, are the manual reporting. I know that this is covered by FMS:Insights, but it would have been great if there was a smarter reporting engine / dashboard / mechanism in place to give quick and easily customizeable data (csv).

MY favorite part about this software is that it is easily trackable and that I get a follow-up email after a request. What I dislike about FMS is that the services I typically request don't quite "fit" into the request system. What I mean by this is that I have to input text to explain what I want. While this is fine, it takes more time, and I sometimes wonder whether or not I will get what I asked for.

It's too soon in our relationship with the vendor to provide honest things we dislike. With regard to the Resource Scheduler product, it offers a very robust set of features, but comes at the expense of a friendly admin UI.
