Getting started was extremely easy. After signing up you select a phone number to use and upload your existing contacts using their sample Excel sheet. Very easy to do. I ran into a few problems when sending texts. I had some texts get flagged for review. Even though all my texts passed the review process fairly quickly, it was annoying to have that delay and to have to login to resend the text after the review process was done. At our annual renewal, we changed plans and it locked us out of the system like we were completely new users. It also used to charge one credit per SMS message and one credit for an MMS message - it now charges three credits for MMS, so make sure your messages are short and contain no graphics (even a smiley face).
