I used Zapproved's Legal Hold Pro to manage litigation holds. This tool is user friendly and has many great features that work well for me and my organization. We strongly value the option to remind custodians that their responses have not been received as well as the quarterly updates that a particular hold is still in place. There are features I would like to see that LHP doesn't have as yet. However, Zapproved is constantly updating and improving the tool. I don't like that when a user edits a hold the sender is automatically changed to the person that made the edit. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.

Podría haber algunas opciones más personalizables cuando se trata de poner a las personas en espera, pero sin requerir que reciban un aviso de retención legal. Aunque, creo que Exterro está trabajando en este tipo de personalizaciones. Además, cabe señalar que la versión del software que utilizo es bastante antigua (4.10, y actualmente están en 4.15, y lanzarán la 5.0 en un futuro no muy lejano).
