We use Emplifi mainly for its publishing capabilities. Emplifi is always one of the first tools to adapt new features added to social media platforms and integrates all features that are provided by the APIs. Moreover, the ability to customize reports however you like is very helpful since we use different formats for content reports and monthly-quarterly reports. Emplifi doesn't support all the media types/codecs that are supported by the platforms and the system doesn't give any error messages when you upload a video even if it's not supported; so you schedule the post thinking it would publish succcessfully. The platform tries to publish and then it gives the error message; so you need to log in to the platform and publish the post manually. Unfortunately, this happens 3-4 times a week. If Emplifi provided error messages while creating the post, we would convert the video to supported codecs and this would save us from not being able to publish posts that need to published at specific times.
