Emfluence is a very solid budget ESP. No, it doesn't have all the bells and whistles some of the industry leaders have, but I was personally surprised how close it is when I first began using it. Difficult to schedule your workflows (automated campaigns) - unlike other platforms, there's no capability to say "start on x date at y time." Rather, their continuously running, so you need to control contacts flowing through the workflow by controlling when they flow into a group.

My other dislike is the rigid requirement that all custom attributes are stored only at the contact level, rather than the group level. In other words, any custom data points you want in the system have to be created on the contact record.
