The admin side of DonorDrive can be slightly confusing and difficult to navigate if you've never used it before. There are a lot of hoops to jump through to get to where you want to go. There are almost so many features that it gets confusing. If there were more straightforward ways to navigate the admin side, I would have no dislikes about the program.
