I am a teacher and sometimes I do not have time to call 30 parent individually in one day with out it taking up my time. If there was a way to have a more accessible crevice for teachers at a discounted rate that would be fantastic.

We have had a few people who forgot who we are ask us to remove them from our call list, then complain that they are not getting notices for meetings.

Several of our parishioners say that when they missed our automated calls, that no message is left. We'd like them to receive the messages since we are charged for them.

Downloading our every changing database is challenging. At the moment we run reports on our scheduling system and then someone has to complete the data entry process of adding new volunteers and members manually every month.
