I don't know what even to point first... Knowledge base sucks! You should be extremely lucky to make a support manager answer any question in a day. Two-three days response time is a usual thing in Dexi...
If you just want to build a simple scraper then you would better use another scraper (more user friendly with the support who respect their paid users). If you would belive Dexi's marketing that you will be able to create several scrapers, scrape data from different websites, combine these data, and then send it to your database - forget it, you won't be able even to understand how all these features work because no one will tell you that!

So if you want to scrape several websites, combine and format data and then send all these data to your database - you would need to pay an extra $1000-$1500 for that along with a $400 per month subscription... I was shocked at how cheap and fast this was. They built, tested and ran the web crawler in a matter of a few days and it was extremely affordable. Output could have been better but I'm guessing they would have fixed any issues but I didn't give them the chance (I needed to use the data right away, so I just worked around any problems).
