The look and service Configure One provide is second to none. The team over here in the UK are extreamly helpful and always on hand if i need it. The training provided was fantastic. The CPD software is fantastic and easy to use. I have managed to build our quoting tool with little knowledge of IT and Java script & HTML. We also use Configure One to calculate a distance needed between two vessels taking in to account al sorts of calculations, based on different heights, speeds, wave height and lots of other things. Configure one with limited knowledge of what we were trying to do pulled it our of the bag and they really did put a lot of effort in to helping us get this completed. The customer service is the best I've ever experienced. Communication is open and response times are quick.

There is about a medium level of a learning curve with some aspects but once mastered setting up products is easy.

The native currency is defaulted to the country the software is purchased in. For companies with products produced in several countries the currency conversions can pose an issue.

Our first experience with C1 was a test of sorts. We wanted to see if we could capture a complicated ETO design process as part of the C1 configuration process. We were successful.
