- The filter for “PRIMARY only” shows discharged patients.
- Can’t see WHO entered medications.
- Can’t see history of VFOs on my side. I will only be able to see that a VFO for this week is in play 2/week. But when i look at the 5 day schedule or try to pull a second visit by clicking “GO” later that week none willl populate. My supervisor is able to pull up on his/her desktop the history and see that VFOs were changed or made oddly such that the visit was already used a different week. Maybe I do not understand because i am still new to Healthwyse but none of the other nurses were able to help me sort this problem, only my supervisor.

El programa tiene fallos. Es mucho para que mi computadora lo maneje y tiende a congelarse, y tengo que reiniciar mi computadora. Además, cuando estoy ejecutando informes, el programa a menudo se congela y nunca carga los datos. Nuestro equipo de TI aquí en Partners In Care siempre tiene que arreglar Healthwyse, y es un programa tan vital para la eficiencia de nuestra organización, que cuando falla, causa mucho dolor a aquellos que dependen de él para la elaboración de gráficos. It can be very confusing to learn for new beginners. The trainings for healthwyse mobile were just ok. They could be improved. Still had to connect to get up to date information. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.
