I like that Blackboard is always accessible. You can log into the platform and see announcements from professors and colleagues at any time of the day. If I were to add anything to Blackboard, I would add a video feature - where people could engage in video chats in discussion boards. In addition, when first starting with the program, it can be difficult to navigate. So, if there were a way for the program to do a walk through of the site, and where things can commonly be found, it would make it more user friendly.
