I will never use them again. Microsoft constantly changes your keywords and settings to make more money from your account. They kept changing things to make more money off of my campaign with words that were not relevant to my business. When you bring this to their attention, they only refund about 25% of your money. I had been advertising with them for three years, all of a sudden, they turned on their automatic recommendations setting on my account, which let them create a new campaign. I went from paying them around $1,000 to $1,200 a month for years to being chared over $3,200 in 3 weeks. When I told them someone had created a new unauthorized campaign, they said a setting allowed them to create a new campaign on my behalf. I never turned on this setting, and it hadn't been on in three years, so they had to turn it on. When I asked for a refund, they said they would only refund $700 of the $3,200 they charged. This company is a bunch of thieves praying on small companies. I do not recommend them! Their marketing partner websites do not always bring the best quality traffic. So, in your portal, it's essential to let your campaigns run for 1-2 months and then do the tweaking.
