Bindtuning is the collaborative tool that make your sharepoint sites pop and function like a modern platform. It's not static as Microsoft engineers designed it to be and allows for several of the existing applications to be more creative and functional. Provided webparts must have an option to customize on top of bind tunning webpart to some extent to add additional minor changes and functionalities by changing code.
