In January 2024, we began the implementation project kickoff. I was happy to have my project manager as my first interaction. The project was laid out clearly, and the critical points were spelled out from the start. The project manager was so professional and welcoming that I had confidence this implementation would flow well, and I was right.
In February, my project manager introduced me to a team supporting me through the implementation along with her. I had four dedicated people scheduled in time to assist with configuration and teach me what the system could do. I could also call them anytime I needed assistance, and they were very responsive. They helped me through some serious challenges and saved the day in my payroll and tax processing. The great thing was that my project manager was engaged and led the project the entire time.
Going into March 2024, I built a connection with my Client relationship manager. This person has been my essential business partner from the start. I would never have guessed the value we would receive for switching to comprehensive services just by having my client manager.

I have also worked in large corporations, and when you have 5000 employees, comprehensive services are worth the value of having a dedicated line for employees to call to get subject matter experts to assist them with self-service tasks on the system. I have worked in locations where the entire HR team is packed in a lobby next to computers for hours at shift change to assist employees in finding their pay stubs, logging on to the system, changing their direct deposit, etc. It's frustrating for the employees and the HR team because of the inconvenience of not having access to each other except for specific periods. Employees can contact someone on their schedule to get better in-depth service with this service.
