Unlimited licenses was a huge selling point for our organization. We made the switch last year and we have a wide range of users from "super users" that are heavy acumatica users in their roles all the way to people that only use it once or twice a month in the performance of their roles and the overwhelming response from everyone has been positive. The expense approval process within acumatica is cumbersome. It would be nice if after completing an approval and releasing it that it would automatically move me to the next approval on my list. Acumatica as a browser based system is significantly easier to work with regardless of where you are (Mobile) or what device you are using.
The integration opportunities are incredibably diverse. We have complete and unlimited acces to all of our data, with dynamic integration to Excel with the Velixo applicaiton. This has taken days and weeks off of the time previously spend with spreadsheets.

Being a browser based system, it is not quite as fast as you may hope.
Their breakout of Stock Items and Non-Stock items and kits into separate tables, makes for more work in creating Sales Orders than should be necessary.
It takes some time to become familiar with Generic Inquiries and their customization which is critical to get the most out of the system.

As a Marketing Specialist working with an Acumatica Partner, I firmly believe is the future of business solutions.
The user experience is simplified, yet the erp system is feature rich and allows me to set track and manage my workflows and activities with ease.
I also like the fact that Acumatica has industry specific editions which allow us to compete in sectors which have specific requirements.
These industry specific editions combined with the fact that Acumatica integrates with many 3rd party systems using API's which simplifies the process.

From a features and functionality perspective I do not have the expertise or knowledge to comment.
I do however feel like Acumatica the business could review how they look to target the African Market and consider adjusting their pricing models and maybe create a version of the Acumatica Cloud ERP to target smaller businesses.

The ease of use and ability to manuver in the program is ridiculous. The ability to quickly diagnosed what our company does well and what went wrong on a job helped us make quick improvements and changes which delivered profits strainght to the bottom line! The hard coded modules. It would be beneficial to be able to change the name of a module to be in line with the established processes of a company, without having to change functionality. Acumatica has a modern user interface that is easily learned. The time to adapt when changing over from a dinosaur ERP was less than anticipated. It is very easy to gather information on many aspects of our business and export to Excel for further analysis. Learning the system has been fairly easy coming into the organization and moving from another ERP to Acumatica in three months would have been more challenging if Acumatica wasn't so user friendly. Getting used to all the third party plug in solutions is challenging because the annual cost to maintain the system can multiply relatively quickly. The other challenge we have found is around ERP/Commercial transactions. Our ERP transactions are running 6 or 7:1 to commerical transactions and it makes me tentative adding additional features. El feed del banco no funciona. Al configurar una transacción memorizada (es decir, el diario general de nómina), no quiero poner ninguna cantidad predeterminada en los g/ls ya que cambia semana a semana.
