• Evitar que la información de formato se copie junto con el texto, al copiar desde Word, por ejemplo.

The website you have for an event is very clear. Everything is on it, from the programme, to the speakers. For your location, you can also add a Google link, so people can get directions to the location. It was also nice that you can add an excell sheet with all the people you want to invite. It may look difficult at first, I have never build a website in my life, but it is very easy and there is already a format that you can use! You don't have to think of it yourself, it is quite easy. On the back of the website, in the 'programme builder', you get a nice overview of the paralel sessions, next to each other. But when you look at the website itself, all the sessions are below each other, instead of next to each other. You can add a 'track', so it will be next to each other, but that is extra work and it still doesn't give as nice as an overview that I get at the back of the website.
Also a shame was that I have a site in 2 different languages, Dutch and English. But there is not a good automatic translation from one to the other. I had to fill the site first in Dutch (also programme and form to register), and than change the general settings to English to get the English version filled. and sometimes I had to go back to translate it again, because the wrong language ended up on the wrong page. Para nuestro décimo aniversario, estábamos buscando una empresa que pudiera ayudarnos con el envío y gestión de invitaciones y registros/cancelaciones. El sistema muestra de manera clara los registros y cancelaciones, lo que te permite saber exactamente dónde te encuentras. El evento se puede crear completamente en tu propio estilo y puedes hacer una página web propia para tu evento que sea fácil de usar. El único inconveniente fue que se suponía que me llamarían justo antes del evento para revisar todo, pero eso no sucedió. Finalmente, llamé yo mismo, lo que me causó un poco de estrés al final. The inital GoLive was a bit rough, there were quite some bugs, but experience wise this is normal when conntecting a new platform to existing company environments, some bugs will always only show on production environment and a lot of of change requests will also only come up when the mayority of users will start using it and will not be identified in beta testing.
