I'm an outbout net new rep, and I've got thousands of accounts that I manage relationships with. Until using 6sense, my only hope of getting in touch with the right people at the right time was to call as many people as possible, and hope something sticks. If there was any functionality I'd reccomend adding, it would be to make it easier to exclude certain accounts.
I'm an SMB rep with thousands of accounts, and due to our salesforce data being messy, I've got some accounts that shouldn't be in my name. Because these are usually large companies, they'll typically show up at the top of the intent list because someone in that large company is bound to look up some kind of intent topic related to what we do.
I know that I can add a filter to exclude these accounts, but it's a pretty manual process and would be much easier if I can easily exclude the account.
Something like a "block" functionality of social media where I can remove them from my feed, and have a list of those blocked accounts in case I ever need to unblock them. It gives me a set of accounts I can work on with warm intent when I'm starting my workflow. I like that it gives key words, and where people clicked on website. I also like that I can link it with my Slack. The dashboard is also good for filtering different kinds of intent such as form fill, website click etc and is easy to use.
