The accuracy of the contact info provided is not good. I've encountered several innaccurate numbers that are either not in service or a completely different person. In addition, lack of contacts in most cases as well. Especially when paired with Linkedin Nav, there is simply no contact information that I can pull when I want to prospect into a specific company. This happens daily.

A false sense of hope that it will deliver leads you didn't know about.
A pretty UI that sells well to the C-suite, but is actually clunky and painful in day-to-day use.

That sense of hope my team had was crushed, stomped on, obliterated, and thrown out like a dirty rag.
They sold it to our CMO, who proceeded to tell the sales team how wonderful it is and how it will find leads and help the sales development team build pipeline and achieve quota.
Actually, 100% of the "leads" that 6Sense found were leads that our SDRs already reached out to, and that was why they came to our website. The "feature" of 6sense that was supposedly "buyer intent" based on web searches, visits to competitor websites, keywords, etc, was complete garbage. The SDR team followed up on LITERALLY thousands of leads and not one actually had a buyer intent. They wasted more time going down rabbit holes, time that would be better spent on just cold prospecting.
