The 6sense capabilities are easy to setup, provide frequent email updates prompting the user to check out new accounts, new buying intents, all to enable you to be a SuperHero in Sales. I personally have opened up 3 new sizable deals due to the intent data in the past month. I continue to find 6sense a part of my daily prospecting and client management routines. The most helpful thing about 6 sense is the ability to see into the frequency and keywords that your target customer may be looking at. It allows you to see which accounts are hot, warm, or cold, so you can prioritize your outreach efforts. At times, you might even get some keywords that are frequently being searched so you can craft better messaging. Sometimes it will also make recommendations on who to reach out to based on hierarchy, and it integrates well with LI. For very large organizations (Fortune 500), it can be very difficult to pin point who to go after by location. Those accounts keep coming up as hot because of the number of employees they have. If you sell a popular SaaS product, it can be difficult to distiquin between personal users who are visiting your website or downloading, vs a larger corporate need. I like the mapping of Hubspot's properties within the 6Sense dashboards that helps me segment my lists quite well. The enrichment is also quite seamless and leaves little to be desired in the onboarding & day-to-day usage. The most important thing Sales have is time. 6Sense enables Sales professions to focus on the right accounts at the right time. With 6Sense, Sales can hear through the noise and concentrate on the Accounts in market (aka more likely to convert) and find the right folks to engage with at those companies. I use 6sense to prioritize my day.

I personally like how much visibility you get in the 6Sense dashboards. If you don't know where to look for hot leads and accounts, this dashboard is a great place to start. Not only does it pull your data from your CRM, but it also generates insights into personas, who's been engaging with your content, potential talk tracks, etc.

Currently, I haven't found anything I dislike about the tool specifically. I have sometimes come across some messy data, seeing accounts that don't actually belong to me, show up in my dashboard, but I think that's due to messy data in my CRM versus 6Sense. I would classify its algorithms as "optimistic". By this I mean that what they present as "predictive" is not, as a casual viewer might assume, predictive of the specific company that you are looking into. Their models simply say that other companies with similar qualities have taken this action in the past - not that there is special insight about the particular company in question that indicates likelihood to buy.
