Employee communications platforms - Need help choosing a solution (advice needed)

Good morning! I am completely new to researching and buying employee communications platforms. I currently use different HR software solutions and integrations, but my business is interested in moving towards a dedicated employee communications solution. I’ve done some basic research on G2 but could use some advice from the community. So far, I have a good list of five solutions, but I want to condense this down to the top 2-3 solutions based on community feedback. 

My current software list

Connecteam: Connecteam is a mobile-first platform designed to streamline communication for deskless and remote teams. It offers features like real-time chat, scheduling, task management, and training modules, all within a user-friendly interface. DSMN8: DSMN8 empowers employees to become brand advocates by simplifying the sharing of company-approved content on their personal social media channels. With tools for content curation, scheduling, and performance analytics, DSMN8 enhances brand visibility while fostering a culture of engagement and trust within the organization.​

Staffbase: Staffbase offers a comprehensive internal communication platform that integrates with existing intranet systems. It provides personalized news feeds, employee surveys, and analytics to measure engagement. With its mobile app, Staffbase ensures that all employees, including those without regular computer access, stay connected to company updates and resources.​

Talkspirit: Talkspirit is a single platform that combines communication and collaboration tools, featuring chat, video conferencing, document sharing, and task management. Its intuitive design and emphasis on user experience make it suitable for organizations seeking to enhance team collaboration and internal communication without overwhelming complexity.​
