What's the best way to connect to our account success rep?

So much has changed with our organization and team structure since we launched Gladly in January 2020. We only had about 6 weeks to get used to the platform before COVID blew our volume out of the water. In response, we restructured our teams and have been nose-to-the grindstone ever since. We could use some help reviewing our channels and inbox structure and our rules to help optimize efficiency in our new environment.
