This morning called their number, got message apologizing for the long wait, and please use their computer site (which we can not do...). Left the phone on. heard their repeating music and message all day. It is now 6:34....Wonder if they will ever answer the phone. They are the behemoth because they steal peoples time and money with their bad contracts. Unethical business.

Esta mañana llamé a su número, recibí un mensaje disculpándose por la larga espera, y que por favor use su sitio web (lo cual no podemos hacer...). Dejé el teléfono encendido. Escuché su música y mensaje repetitivos todo el día. Ahora son las 6:34... Me pregunto si alguna vez contestarán el teléfono. Son el gigante porque roban el tiempo y el dinero de las personas con sus malos contratos. Negocio poco ético.
