Yes, we have that problem too. did they ask you to sign a contract extension too? the reason for this is technically they aren't selling you the units. they still own the units and they are letting you use them or renting them to you as part of the service. if you ever cancel, you will have to buy the units.
I've been trying to get my upgrades completed since July 2021, and here it is March 23rd 2022, and we still have two vehicles not connected. They sent upgrades for the two new installs I had left. More lost revenue from trucks being off the road for wasted appointments. Customer service is absolutely horrible.
