I’ve worked with a few ERP systems and found NetSuite to be quite reliable. It’s cloud-based, handles everything from finance to inventory, and scales well as a business grows. What I like most is the real-time visibility into operations, which results in easier decision-making. It’s also among the highest-rated ERPs on G2. The interface takes some getting used to, but overall, it’s been a solid choice.

I’ve worked with a few ERP systems over the years, and honestly, the “best” one really comes down to your company’s size and needs.

If you're at a large enterprise, SAP S/4HANA is super powerful but has a steep learning curve (and price tag). For midsize businesses, I’ve seen NetSuite work really well. It has a clean interface, is cloud-based, and has solid support. Microsoft Dynamics 365 is great, too, especially if your team is already deep in the Microsoft ecosystem.

Personally, I’ve seen smaller companies choose Odoo as well because it’s open-source, super customizable, and doesn’t break the bank.

My advice: start by mapping out what you actually need your ERP to do, then work backward from there. A shiny feature list means nothing if it doesn’t fit your workflows.
