What to do if I have not received payment in my bank and Payoneer tells me that it has been sent.
I have been using payoneer for over 3 years. I faced this problem I withdraw $---- and Payoneer told me that the amount is sent to your bank however the bank did not receive any intimation. I have contacted support multiple times, The CS refers to the payoneer Bank transfer team and they have a ticket which they reply after 1 business day. I'm losing time as this was un-expected and I want to know what next I can do ?
Here's the reply I got from CS.
`This transaction was already out of Payoneer and should have reached your bank on the 24th of November as you confirmed its still not on your bank our Bank Transfer Team are doing their best to trace this transaction.`
Maybe there can be some issues from the side of Payoneer and you should talk to their customer service support for the help.
