Paycom provides on-site and on-demand training for you, your managers and your employees during and after implementation. Also, our implementation process is designed to be as painless as possible. Our expert implementation team visits your location to gather your data and transfer it into the Paycom system. They remain on-site to train you and your staff, and ensure your first payroll is processed smoothly. If you have questions or concerns after implementation, you can contact your designated specialist, who is your ongoing point of contact. Further training resources like webinars, guides and manuals are also available on-demand.

"Paycom reps have shown up on-site and given training. However, on the business side of things, they can be lacking. The reference guides kind of miss the mark, particularly in how to integrate their systems with our specific business needs. Paycom is built to accommodate all kinds of businesses and that might mean you don't get a feature you want. In a way, they have a lot of online general learning. They don't often train your employees past the implementation phase. Thankfully, you can transfer training from other systems so that you don't have to start from scratch."

I have implemented Paycom at three companies. Implementations are never easy but I have always been pleased with the overall process. The more I participate and provide direction the simpler it is. I have learned to ask deep and specific questions to keep from dealing with any overselling issues. I have ran robust training programs with Paycom and minimal ones. I do not believe there is any other choice out there that is a one stop program for your employees. The simpler you keep it for employees the more success you will have. I believe in Paycom so much that I have have done a Podcast and video for them with their Learning module.

Our implementation was a nightmare. Worst experience in my professional career with a vendor. They over promised and under delivered. We had to push back our go live date 3 times. They really messed up our payroll taxes and reconciling that mid quarter was a mess and a lot of work. We still have issues but it’s gotten better 2 yes in however if I could go back I never would have done this! And now after being sold that they never raise prices they have raised prices.
