What is the best time tracking software in your opinion?

Assessing some different time tracking tools... I found and shortlisted these, but they might be more complex than what I had in mind. Has anyone used these or others?

monday Work Management

In my opinion, a tool that can provide multiple features is best. If you need a project management platform with built-in time tracking, you might prefer robust tools like monday Work Management or ClickUp from the above-mentioned ones.

Just a quick note — except for Hubstaff, none of the tools listed here are actually dedicated time tracking solutions. Most of them are project or workforce management platforms that happen to include time tracking as a minor feature, but that’s not their core strength. If you’re specifically looking for simple and reliable time tracking, I’d recommend checking out actiTIME if you also need project budgeting. It is built with time tracking at the core, not as an afterthought — which makes a big difference in usability and reporting.
