As a Sales Manager, I use SharpSpring to drive more leads (scheduled email marketing & automated responses based on actions taken), convert them to sales (I use the Sales Pipeline to track & Tasks to insure follow up) and optimize our funnel. We can segment our message to unique vertical targets based on industry and buyer personas or utilize nurture campaign for the tactics we provide. We can also manage our Social Media! SharpSpring is a great product for the micro-market and small businesses. SharpSpring is a low-cost provider of CRM and marketing automation. There appears from reading some comments recently that the SharpSpring merger with ConstantContact, as always, can cause disruption, but the platform lacks a customer service platform. Depending on your need, it works great.
