What is GoReminders used for?

GoReminders is used to save some time that I would normally spend on scheduling and sending out reminders. At one push of a button you can have your appointments and reminders sent out every week just by pushing a button. The reminders also help your clients as life gets busy, GoReminders send the a message at the end of an appointment and the day day prior to their next appointment.
